Much like my website, my characters are in a constant state of development, forever changing and evolving as they grow.  As a cartoonist, I get a lot of enjoyment out of the idea of bringing a character to life, and to me, that expression is more or less a literal one. I'm filled with tremendous pride when I see the reactions people have to my artwork. My hope would be that when someone looks at my drawings they see the love that was poured into these characters, but more importantly, I hope they see how much fun I have while drawing them. It is this reaction that I labor for in my work, and when I achieve it, it makes all the effort worth while.
